On Thursday, Jan. 28 at 6 p.m., the Seaside Historic Museum presents “Unique Oregon Stories with Darrell Jabin: Oregon’s Traveling Historian.” Each year Darrell Jabin travels more 6,000 miles, working in over two dozen Oregon cities. During these trips he researches interesting events, history and people and shares their stories in presentations and videos. This is the next presentation in the “History & Hops” series, presented by the Seaside Museum and Seaside Brewing.

Jabin has produced videos on 100 years of Oregon history. His videos have played on 10 public access stations and are in 30 libraries.He has provided more than 200 presentations, and is currently working on a video of rail history of Oregon.
