Seaside's Treasure the Beach Cleanup

Seaside, the Seaside Downtown Development Association, and Beach Drive Buccaneers hold a marine debris cleanup event on Seaside’s beach on Aug. 3 at 9 a.m.

Organizers will supply bags and gloves to volunteers but recommend that participants bring a bucket and drinking water. Parking is available along Broadway, in the public parking garage on Avenue A, and the public parking lot on First Avenue, as well as along city streets.

Volunteers meet on the Prom.

Organized cleanups take place, rain or shine, the first Saturday of every month. Sign in at the Seashore Inn on the Beach, in Seaside, grab a bag, and when done, drop it in a trash receptacle along the Prom.
