School portraits will also be taken on registration day and students should bring payment for those as well. All students, including seniors, must have their picture taken, regardless of whether or not a student is purchasing a picture package.

New students and freshmen begin school on Tuesday, Sept. 8 for orientation. Seaside High School is proud to offer a service called Link Crew, which links freshmen with upper class students who help them make the transition to high school smoother and more productive. Faculty will be linking up with new students through active participation. Buses will run as usual that day. Check www.seaside.k12.or.us for bus schedules, one week prior to the start of school.
