The Israels won first place in the residential category in the Seaside Chamber of Commerce's House of Warm Lights contest last year.
Each year, Kristi and Adam Israel, with the help of their two children, turn their home into a winter wonderland for Christmas.

Since moving in about five years ago, and also at her previous residence, Israel has celebrated the season by swathing her home in lights, inflatable snowmen, illuminated candy canes and more.
