12:42 a.m., U.S. Highway 101 and Avenue U: Officer responds to a report of a road rage incident; both parties agree the aggression was mutual. No injuries were reported and no further action taken.

2:32 p.m., Police headquarters: A person registers as a sex offender.

9:32 p.m., 400 block Second Avenue: A person reported doing drugs in the vending machine room of a hotel is trespassed from the property.

Sept. 26

7:41 a.m., Cove Parking: Caller reports large motorhome taking up seven spots; driver agrees to move the vehicle.

5:57 p.m., 600 block Holladay: A person is arrested on a warrant.

Sept. 27

3:53 a.m., 500 block Broadway: Caller says they’ve lost their car and their fiancé. Car located by police, fiancé wasn’t. Caller notified of the whereabouts of their car and advised to call back if they need further assistance.

10:59 a.m., 2200 block Beach Drive: Found injured stray dog.

12:15 p.m., Necanicum: Three motorhomes reported dumping waste in the river are reported; police contact occupants and warn them of unlawful lodging.

Sept. 28

5:39 a.m., 400 block S. Downing: A disturbance is reported.

10:11 a.m., Broadway: A man reported sleeping for three nights in the alcove of a store and also using their power is asked to move along.

11:15 a.m., S. Holladay: A person is arrested on a warrant.

5:50 p.m. 400 block N. Prom: A lost dog found and turned over to police is reunited with its owner.

8:57 p.m., North Coast Land Conservancy: Caller reports a person using a chainsaw in the conservancy park. Police locate the person who is told to discontinue and move along.

Sept. 29

1:18 a.m., Avenue U and South Roosevelt: A person walking in the roadway is advised to stay out of the road.

5:52 a.m., Beach: A leather wallet found in the surf is turned into police who say the wallet itself was destroyed by time in the water. The contents are held at police headquarters as found property.

4:39 p.m., Police headquarters: A person came in to register as a sex offender.

4:55 p.m., Avenue I and Lincoln: Caller reports screaming man running through their yard with blood on their hands. Police contact the man who said he fell and cut his hand. He denied screaming.

Sept. 30

3:22 a.m., North Wahanna: Police respond to suspicious activity reported at an assisted living center; on arrival locate a resident locked out of the building. Property manager on scene to let the resident back in.

6:51 a.m., Safeway: Police are contacted about a person who left a large mess in the parking area. Subject is advised to clean it up. Officer will be checking back later.

12:09 a.m., Ocean Way: Caller reports man sleeping in front of his car. Person is awakened and told they can’t sleep on the sidewalk.

12:38 a.m., 12th and Franklin: A woman reported screaming for her lost hard of hearing friend is advised to find a better method of searching.

Oct. 1

5:36 a.m., 1000 block S. Holladay: A person is arrested on a warrant.

8:33 a.m., Quatat Park: A person reported sleeping in the park is advised he can’t sleep there.

1:10 p.m., Avenue A bus shelter: Driver tells riders they can’t take the contents of their house on the bus. This upset the riders. A van came to pick up their stuff.

9:45 p.m., 400 block 12th Avenue: Police do a welfare check on a woman reported screaming on the phone she wanted to self harm. She said she was having an anxiety attack and a friend was coming over. She declined medical attention.

6:53 p.m., 900 block Avenue S: Property crimes are reported.

Armed threat

A domestic disturbance was reported Oct. 2 at 1:23 p.m. at a rural address on Cow Creek Road in Seaside when a 32-year-old man with guns made violent threats. His wife and two young children were evacuated from the home and the man surrendered and came out voluntarily.
