7:05 a.m., N. Roosevelt: A pair of male subjects reported lounging by the public restrooms are advised to move along.

11:17 a.m., Police headquarters: A person came in to register as a sex offender.

12:31 p.m., 200 block Avenue N: A woman reported screaming is unable to be located.

3:32 p.m., N. Roosevelt: Property crimes are reported.

10:48 p.m., 4300 block Highway 101: Police assist another agency with a physical disturbance.

Sept. 9

5:41 a.m., Avenue S: A man who accidentally locked himself in his storage area was assisted and safely released by police.

Sept. 10

8:09 a.m., Lewis and Clark Road, Airport: A drone was reported in the vicinity of the airport. Police were unable to locate operator.

8:20 a.m., Avenue A: Used needles are reported. Police collected and disposed of the needles.

11:29 a.m., Avenue D and Holladay: Police assist citizen with an injured bird.

5:18 p.m., 1200 block Avenue A: A child reported missing is reunited with its parents.

3:01 a.m., Lewis and Clark: An injured deer in the roadway is reported.

10:09 a.m., Fairway Court: Criminal mischief in the second degree is reported.

12:43 p.m., Holladay and Second: A person reported lying on the sidewalk was alert and conscious and refused offers medical attention.

11:37 p.m., Car Wash Avenue Q: A subject is arrested on a warrant.

2:19 a.m., N. Prom: A male subjected reported as being emotionally upset told police he is having a rough night and would be seeking the company of a friend.

6:10 a.m., 400 block S. Roosevelt: Police are alerted to a male subject appearing to be in a devastated state; subject is given options and resources in the area.

10:44 p.m., 300 block N. Prom: A subject reported intoxicated informs police he is “practicing his religion.” Police advise him to go out further on the beach as to not disturb others, and warn him for an open container.
