3:30 a.m., Avenue G: A person reported to be conducting drug sales inside his vehicle was determined by police to be actually taking pictures of the beach. No further action taken.

11:16 a.m., Safeway: A person was cited for offensive littering.

Oct. 19

2:51 a.m., N. Prom: Caller reports a disturbance; police contact some highly intoxicated people who agreed to keep it down.

7:56 a.m., 1000 block S. Downing: Verbal disturbance reported; police contacted both subjects who agreed to part ways.

9:26 a.m., Avenue E and Franklin: Police assist Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on a traffic stop.

7:20 p.m., The Cove: Fireworks reported; police responding say individual did not light mortar but one small fountain fireworks which they cleaned up.

4:35 p.m., 1400 block N. Roosevelt: An assault is reported.

11:59 p.m., OceanWay: A person is arrested on a warrant.

Oct. 21

2:01 a.m., N. Prom: Caller reports being followed by a male who kept talking to her about Satan. Officers canvass the area with negative results.

10:57 p.m., 1200 block S. Roosevelt: Subjects are trespassed from the laundry.

4:00 a.m., Avenue G: Suspicious circumstances are reported.

12:21 a.m., Avenue G: A person is trespassed.

3:54 p.m., Wahanna ball park: A transient female using the dugout as a temporary residence is warned of unlawful lodging. She agrees to leave.

1:03 a.m., 1900 block Spruce: Assistance is rendered.

2:15 a.m., Highway 101 and Shingle Hill Lane: Seaside police assist Oregon State Police.

7:33 a.m., Holladay and Avenue A: Seaside police assist Clatsop County Sheriff’s office.

2:29 p.m., 12th and Franklin: A person is arrested on a warrant.

7:24 p.m., 1000 block S. Holladay: A person is arrested on a warrant.

1:32 p.m., 1000 block S. Holladay: A person is arrested on a warrant.

3:26 p.m., Roosevelt and 11th: Motor vehicle accident.

10:19 p.m., Highway 101 by Relief Pitcher: A person is arrested on a warrant.

10:54 p.m., 800 block S. Holladay: An unwanted guest at a private residence agrees to leave the premises after speaking with a police officer.
