Dec. 28

12:38 a.m., N. Holladay Drive: A subject reported sleeping in a hotel lobby is trespassed and advised to move along.

2:55 a.m., S. Roosevelt: A person is arrested on a warrant.

3:40 a.m., Chambers Restroom: A person is warned of unlawful lodging.

2:19 p.m., Broadway and Lincoln: A subject is arrested on a warrant and additionally charged with giving false information to police. A second party, female, is charged with interfering.

2:56 p.m., Police headquarters: A person comes in to register as a sex offender.

3:21 p.m., Police headquarters: Another person comes in to register as a sex offender.

4:41 p.m., Hemlock: A person is arrested and charged with assault in the second degree as well as harassment and menacing.

6:36 p.m., 700 block 16th Avenue: A person is arrested and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Dec. 30

2:27 a.m., Necanicum and Second: A person is arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the second degree.

1:59 p.m., The Cove: Police assist another agency with a water rescue.

Dec. 31

12:48 a.m., N. Downing: Police respond to a report of someone attempting to leave their child outside while they went inside a bar. The matter was resolved at the time but the subject was arrested later.

12:30 a.m., Third and Downing: A person is arrested and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Jan. 1

3:07 a.m., Oceanway restrooms: A minor was taken to detox after being found in possession of alcohol and in state of intoxication.

5:10 a.m., 2100 block S. Franklin: A subject was arrested and charged with assault in the fourth degree; disorderly conduct; and interfering with a police officer.

9:30 p.m., First Avenue: A subject was arrested and charged with criminal trespass; resisting arrest; and interfering with a police officer.

Jan. 2

9:54 a.m., 1300 Stillwater Ct: A person was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a minor; child neglect in the second degree; and third degree theft.

Jan. 3

2:01 p.m., 1000 block S. Holladay: A man threatening self harm was transported to Clatsop Behavioral Health; a crisis worker was contacted to make contact with the individual.

Jan. 4

9:24 a.m., Police headquarters: A person came in to register as a sex offender.

3:24 p.m., Chamber restrooms: Police respond to a report of a man sleeping on a bench; the man said he’d nodded off while making a sandwich. He was advised of the complaint and agreed to move on.

Jan. 5

1:45 a.m., 12th Avenue and beach: Police respond to a request for a welfare check on a person after reporting party said they were on the phone with the person, but lost contact while they were on the beach. Police located the person safe at home eating dinner.

3:14 p.m., Broadway: A theft in the third degree is reported.

4:38 p.m., Broadway: A theft in the third degree is reported.

Jan. 7

8:29 a.m., 700 block 16th Ave.: A theft in the third degree is reported.

1:58 p.m., Police headquarters: A person came in to register as a sex offender.

2:45 p.m., 400 block S. Roosevelt: A terminated employee was trespassed indefinitely from his former place of business.

8:19 p.m., W. Anderson and Delmoor Loop: Police assist another agency regarding a subject being pursued.

Jan. 8

9:18 a.m., 1000 block Second Ave.: A person reported trespassing in an abandoned building told police they were trying to get out of the rain. The person was allowed to gather their possessions and leave after being warned of trespass.

10:02 a.m., 2500 block Mill Creek: An assault in the fourth degree is reported; the subject is additionally charged with criminal mischief.

Jan. 9

8:45 a.m., Chamber restrooms: A subject is arrested and charged with violating a restraining order.

8:01 p.m., 500 block S. Columbia: A person is charged with assault in the fourth degree.

Jan. 10

2:15 p.m., N. Wahanna: Police are asked to trespass a subject from all properties belonging to the reporting party. Police advise they will do so when they locate the subject.

4:42 p.m., 1000 block Third Avenue: Police assist another agency with a runaway.
