Four arrested in Seaside on meth charges

Material seized in Seaside.

Four people were arrested Friday at an RV park in Seaside on a variety of charges related to possession of methamphetamine.

The Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office, along with other agencies, executed search warrants inside Seasider RV Park on South Roosevelt Drive. They found 9 grams of methamphetamine, scales and packaging material.

Raoul Childs, 57, Luanne Cleveland, 47, Linda Needham, 57, and Edward Kemper, 58, were all arrested. Charges include unlawful manufacturing and delivery of a methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of methamphetamine and frequenting a place where controlled substances are used.
